Hi, i've gone through cheekbone reduction and mandible reduction surgery in Feb 2012 and also had fats transferred to my cheeks and nasolabial fold. I feel that my cheeks fat near my mouth area is very bulky and heavy. I've emailed the clinic to ask if my cheeks have drooped after the surgery and they told me that, "it happens due to your facial animation after fat grafting on frontal cheeks and nasolabial lines. This droopiness of skin/fat is not a post-zygoma reduction symptom but the engrafted fat has been pushed to the upper and outer region of the nasolabial lines." They then advised me to do VASER liposuction at a charge which i thought was ridiculous since i was not informed that the fats grafting on my cheeks and lines would migrate to other areas. So i consulted another clinic and did CLS Laser procedure to get rid of the cheek fats and fats at the jawline. I did twice, the first time in October 2012 which i also did a revision chin bone advancement surgery, and another time in Jan 2014 because i told them there was no results and they too admitted, there was no results. Since Jan 2014 i've monitored my cheek fats, and i'm still not seeing any slimming results. Its almost 6mths. I'm concerned about the fats around my cheek area near my mouth, and also, my jawline seem to have a lot of fats such that i cannot even see my jawline. Pls advice.

Based on the pictures it seems that you would consider having Liposuction on the cheeks/jawline and mini facelift or the thread lifting do make improvement for the excessive skin you have. After the Malar reduction and jaw surgery it could happen. Also the fats aroudn the mouth area might be caused by the scar tissue after the bone surgery you have had in 2012. We would need to see you in person to give you more accurate information however as for now those are the suggestions from our clinic. Also in order to narrow the tip we recommend either alar rim reduction or the Tip-Plasty. However we could only suggest the most suitable surgeries for you after the face to face consultation. Dear doctor, -i have done double eyelid surgery and ptosis twice since 5 years ago. My eyelids are too deep, people can see the scar obviously. Moreover the right eye is smaller than the left side; i think its caused of the muscle is weaken. -Also want my eyes bigger and natural. So i have the questions to consult you 1.For erasing deep line of my doubled eyelids, do i have to revision doubled eyelids again? ( i am ok with the high of the current eyelid. Just want to erase the scar. Based on the pictures you have posted it is not possible to give you accurate advice on the revision Double eyelids surgery. Also it is not possible to remove the scar prefectly from the previous surgery. We might be able to reduce the scar if you decide to have the Full-Incision Double Eyelids Surgery however we could only tell you how much scar could be reduced after the face to face consultation. The cost for the Revision surgery is about 4,000,000 Won (KRW) including 10% tax. The payment could be made either cash or credit card. Based on the pictures you have posted it is not possible to give you accurate advice on the revision Double eyelids surgery.
