As for your mother I assume that she is concerned with her lower eyelids.
There could be two surgeries she could choose from.
One is call 'TCFR;Skin excision if it is needed and its estimate cost is about $ 2,000 USD ~ $ 2,500 USD.
And the other is called 'Lower Blepharoplasty' and its estimate cost is roughly $ 2,000 USD.
Recovery time is about one to two weeks and it will take about 3 to 6 months to look natural.

The estimate cost for the Double Eyelids Surgery for Non-Incision Method is about $ 1,500 USD and for Incision method is about $ 2,000 USD. Also there will be additional 10% VAT. The noticeable swellings and bruises will last for one to two weeks after the surgery and to look natural it will take about three to six months. All the stitches will be removed on the 4th day after the surgery.
