If you have lateral canthotomy with lateral hot\\\'z the tails of eyes would be gone downward. Epicanthoplasty and lateral canthotomy make the distance of inner and lateral eyes wider and lateral hot\\\'z makes lateral eyes lower.
The difference between lateral hotz and lateral canthotomy is that one is to make lateral eyes wider but if your lateral part of eyes are upward of if you want to make lateral eyes more wide and rounded you can have lateral canthotomy with lateral hotz. Therefore, the price of lateral canthotomy is about 1,000~ USD and lateral canthotomy with lateral hotz is about 1,000~1,200 USD.
