I've been considering surgery for a long time and I'd really appreciate your opinion and information.

I have a long face and very very chubby too. With my short nose you can see my nostril hole and I think it's ugly. I think my nose need to be a bit longer, so it is close to my lips. The nostril need to be less visible. When I smile (mouth close) my chin is REALLY big + my chubby face it looks very ugly.

I don't know what I need for my nose can you please advise? Also I may need face liposuction or surgery on my facial bone so my face is smaller and chin is shorter (v-line face surgery????). What surgery do I need and how much?

Im asian but live in Australia so how should I get consultation? Thank you!!
