Hello,
I had my first nose job Sept 2014 in the US to refine the tip of my nose. The surgeon i went to also did my breasts so I trusted him. Unfortunately even though he is Asian himself, he doesn't seem to have that kind of skills for Asian rhinoplasty. The cartilage he used to extend the tip of my nose shifted and the whole nose got pulled off center. I had it fix 6 weeks later. The surgeon made the cartilage smaller and moved my nose back to the center, but the nostrils became uneven and the tip doesn't really look refined and delicate at all (my nose is still quite bulbous and the left side of the nose seems a little bigger). The doctor said the asymmetry is part of the healing process. I am now three months post op after my revision surgery but the result is still very disappointing. I was told I should be seeing improvement everyday but the nostrils are still uneven. I know if I go to a new doctor in the US , they would tell me to wait a year because the nose is still healing. I am no stranger to plastic surgery (I've had my chin and breasts done) so I have enough surgery experience to believe that my nose will NOT look any better 6 months from now. For all those reasons, I'm hoping to find the right surgeon to help me fix my nostrils and create a smaller and delicate nose that I wish to have. Please review the attached pictures. Thanks for responding.

Dear Shannon, Thanks for your informative explanation about the previous surgeries you have gone under in last 3months. Based on the pictures it seems that you would consider having Revisional Nose Tip-Plasty.However,as you know ,most revision surgery can be done at least after 6months later previous surgery and also, it could happen such as asymmetry of nostrils or looking bulbous tip problom during the healing process.
We would need to see you in person to give you more accurate information however as for now those are the suggestions from our clinic. Thanks for your interest in REAL Cosmetic Clinic and hope to hear from you soon.

Hello.
I am very interested in getting surgery at your hospital.
I have bad looking lines under my eyes, and under my nose (nasolabial fold). This has been a problem for me since I was 20 years old. I want my face look young, and the lines in my face to be removed.
I am thinking about mid facelift. Is this the right choice for me? Please take a look on my photos and tell me what you recommend, and also an estimate on the price.
Thank you.
/Ricky

Dear Ricky, First we sincerely apologize for the late reply.
Based on the pictures you have posted we recommend you have the facelift or Ultherapy for your Nasolabial fold and eyebag surgery for your under your eyes.
The cost for face lift is about $7,000 USD and $3,000 USD for Ultherapy.
Thanks for your interest in Real Cosmetic Clinic and hope to hear from you soon.

The filler made from a number of different substances, including hyaluronic acid, calcium and collagen. The most commonly treated areas are nasolabial folds and nose bridge and it lasts for several years.
Thank you.
